a note to MichaelM - Ron who?

Michael -

You're too damn smart to say some of the things you said above (15th - "Goodnight," Sam and Duncan) - you need to edit your writer flunkies a little better.

RON PAUL is NOT an isolationist.  He is a NON-INTERVENTIONIST. Think about that.  Check out Jefferson and Washington..., remember... - those guys.

And he (RON PAUL) is coming on as the most viable candidate against the super-liberal opposition in the other party...; I mean -- who would vote for Hillary or Obama when there is a guy with a clearly iterated defense of free institutions and opposition to interference in the lives of citizens of these United States and the governance of other nations- ~130 nations - around the globe?  Who?

He is NOT a single-issue guy - He comes from a sensible understanding of natural rights, natural law, as codified in our Constitution.  So, here are his multiple issues:

    Restore The Constitution;

    Get out of Iraq (rtc);

    Don't attack Iran (rtc and common sense);

    Restore our rights - Patriot Act and Military Commission Act, etc.) (rtc);

    Interpret the BILL of RIGHTS

        as intended by the framers (rtc)

        (Henry, Mason, Washington, Jefferson,

        even Madison,

        EVEN Hamilton and Jay);

    Eliminate the INCOME TAX,

        repeal the 16th (rtc) -

        [I was born with repeal of the 18th

        (and the ascension of FDR and Hitler);

        I hope to see the 16th and 17th repealed

           before I die

           (rtc as originally intended)].

Our best hope is RON PAUL;

    Retain the sovereignty of this great nation;

    Secure the borders -

       establish a sane immigration policy;

          protect our cultural heritage-

              what's wrong with DWEMs -

              some of them were Jewish, even;

          provide for 'guest-worker' as needed;

    Restore the integrity of the currency -

       (read a few thousand lines -

       Ludwig von Mises and Rothbard and PAUL)

    Eliminate the FED,

       eliminate their governmentally aided

          profiteering and ill-guided

          super-control of the currency.

    Respect and honor the right to life -

       dare we say more - ?

    Restore property rights (rtc);

       come on!

       that's the basis of all

       the philosophy and

       calculations in

       basic rights considerations !!

Michael - c'mon; you're too damn smart to be taken in by the neocons and their aspirations to dominance of AMERICANS - your people.

Take another look at this guy: He is the "Hope for America."  HE IS NOT A SINGLE ISSUE CANDIDATE - ALTHOUGH, IT ALL STEMS FROM A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE CONSTITUTION and Natural Rights.

RON PAUL, presidential candidate for the Republican nomination for 2008;

    he is the ONLY chance for reason AND

    VOTES to prevail against

    Hillary or Obama.

    Who is going to vote for

       Benito (Rudy),

          once the voters

          understand the issues...

    (and Dr Paul may just be

       able to articulate those

       MULTIPLE issues clearly enough to

       impress that electorate).

Benito, sweet Huckabee, slick Mitt, pathetic McCain, "Law and Order" Thompson (Freddie Babe), are all clones of 'Dubya' and Halliburton Dick...; do we really need any more of that??  Newt who...?  A newt is a small, semiaquatic salamander...; 'nuff said.

C'mon, Michael - I don't follow your ruminations closely but I really had a better impression of your thought processes than you displayed in the article referenced above.

Look at it; think about it; think about where this great experiment in republican governance is headed (the pits) and where it could go under the skillful guidance of a clear thinker such as RON PAUL; guidance based on skillful neglect, once the BA-A-AD processes are reversed.

Respectfully,

Chuck George
